I have been working with people for over 25 years helping them re-purpose and repair historic buildings.I have helped clients deal with collapsed walls, accessibility issues, and finding new viable uses for their building. I have shown them ways to recoup 45% of the construction costs through historic tax credit. I have made sense of the myriad of codes, ordinances, and zoning for them.
